Each rate booked at Krabi Seabass Hotel Hotel, is subject to a Cancellation Policy. Failure to check in on the reserved arrival date will incur a penalty charge as detailed in the Cancellation Policy of the rate booked. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations under the circumstances where it appears that a customer has provided an invalid credit card, engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity, or the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error. In addition, we also reserve the right to cancel or amend bookings if they do not adhere to our terms & conditions. If a guest chooses to shorten their stay or check out early, a penalty charge will apply, as detailed in the Cancellation Policy associated with the rate booked. In the cases of the aforementioned booking cancellations, Krabi Seabass Hotel Hotel has no obligation to guarantee new available bookings or best rates. A new booking at the best available rate will need to be made by the guest at the time of the new reservation.
As a condition of using this website, you agree to provide proof of payment to the hotel reservations department within 48 hours of the time of booking and will indicate the reservation confirmation number on the proof of payment. You will be fully responsible for any banking fees and/or costs required to complete the bank funds transaction(s). Furthermore, you acknowledge that the reservation may be canceled by the hotel if proof of payment is not submitted to the hotel within the 48-hour notice period. You will be responsible for any cancellation or no show penalties that might be incurred and hereby acknowledge that booking and personal contact information provided is correct for the hotel’s validation purposes.

Each room accommodates up to 2 guests, with the exception of a third guest under the age of 11. Additional charges apply for more than 2 guests.
For security purposes, the hotel provides one key card per room. If you are unable to access your room or contact other guests, our front desk staff is happy to assist.
A deposit of 1,000 THB per room is required upon check-in, payable in cash or by providing a credit card number. This deposit covers incidental charges or damages during your stay. If the damages exceed 1,000 THB, additional charges will be applied based on the actual cost of the damage.
Smoking, including vaping and the use of cannabis or any illegal substances, is prohibited in all rooms and balconies. A 5,000 THB fine will apply for violations. Failure to comply may result in legal action. For assistance, please contact the front desk.
Pets are not allowed within the hotel premises.
Guests must adhere to the pool rules and safety guidelines. Pool towels are available, and any loss or damage will incur a fee.
Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property, including towels, key cards, or room furniture. Unauthorized removal of items will result in charges for the full value of the item.
Airport transfers are available upon request for an additional fee.
Parking is limited and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. The hotel is not liable for any damage or loss to vehicles. Guests are advised to lock their vehicles securely.
Please avoid or minimize noise and loud activities during your stay. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or accommodation, or to remove any person who is intoxicated, disorderly, destructive, or threatening.
